Cool tip:
if you add a little shadow under your cheek bones (either by feeling out the bone line or sucking your cheeks in, I find sucking my cheeks in best) it adds a 3d effect of bony cheeks or thin hollowed ones.
But other than that I'd say this looks fantastic!
